Refund and Returns Policy

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If the issue is deemed to be our error, we will cover the associated costs.

If you notice any issues with the products or orders, please submit a problem report promptly.

The return address is set by default to our fulfillment facility. Once we receive a returned shipment, you will be notified via email. Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days. If our facility isn’t used as the return address, you will be responsible for any returned shipments you receive.

Incorrect Address – If the provided address is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for the reshipment costs after confirming an updated address with us.

Unclaimed Shipments – Shipments that go unclaimed will be returned to our facility, and you will be liable for the cost of reshipping to yourself or your customer.

If you haven’t registered an account with us and added a billing method, you agree that any returned orders due to an incorrect shipping address or unclaimed shipment will not be reshipped and will be donated to charity at your expense (no refund will be issued).

Returned by Customer – We recommend that your customers contact you before returning any products. We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse. Returns or size exchanges are at your expense and discretion. If you choose to accept returns or offer size exchanges, you will need to place a new order at your expense.

EU Consumers Notification: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not apply to:

1. Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
2. Sealed goods unsealed after delivery and not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose.
